Product Description
AA-Graphite 62 is a two-part, graphite-filled epoxy adhesive designed for ESD/EMI and radio-frequency (RF) shielding of semiconductor devices and electronic assemblies. Its solvent-free formulation provides strong, durable bonding to a wide range of similar and dissimilar substrates, including metals, ceramics, and glass. AA-Graphite 62 is suitable for numerous electronic applications and is engineered to withstand demanding combat and harsh environmental conditions, offering excellent chemical and elemental resistance.
