AA-BOND 16LP High Voltage Low Viscosity Epoxy
Product Overview
AA-BOND 16LP is a two-part, low viscosity epoxy adhesive designed for high voltage applications and capillary action. This solvent-free system offers excellent wicking, wetting, and strong adhesion to glass, ceramics, metals, and plastics. It is highly resistant to salt solutions, mild acids, alkalis, petroleum solvents, lubricating oils, and alcohols.

Instructions for Use
- Clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded.
- Mix resin and hardener thoroughly (2:1 by weight).
- Apply to prepared surfaces and press together. Maintain contact until cured.
- Allow to cure as per the recommended schedule.
- If crystallization occurs, gently warm at 52°C for 30 minutes before mixing.
Storage & Shelf Life
- 1 year in jars
- 6 months in plastic pouches
- Store in a cool, dry place
