Leather-Bond 24 Epoxy Adhesive Strongest Bonding Agent 24 Hour Adhesion
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Leather-Bond 24 is a two part, heat-resistant and low exotherm, epoxy adhesive formulation. It is a 100% solid epoxy adhesive, with superior chemical resistance and shear strength.
Leather-Bond 24 contains a thixotropic agent which impedes thinning out of the material during heat cure when properly mixed and cured.
The formulation provides a tough enamel-like cure that bonds effectively to leather, fabrics, and other substrates while maintaining weather resistance for long-term durability in demanding applications.
With its extended 24-hour cure schedule and 60-minute pot life, Leather-Bond 24 offers ample working time for complex leather assemblies, upholstery work, and precision fabric bonding applications requiring meticulous positioning.

GENERAL INFORMATION
For safe handling information on this product, consult the Material Safety Data Sheet, (MSDS).
HOW TO USE
- Carefully clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded.
- Apply Leather-Bond 24 completely mixed adhesive to the prepared surfaces, and gently press these surfaces together. Contact pressure is adequate for strong, reliable bonds; however, maintain contact until adhesive is completely cured.
- Some separation of components is common during shipping and storage. For this reason, it is recommended that the contents of the shipping container be thoroughly mixed prior to use.
- Some ingredients in this formulation may crystallize when subjected to low temperature storage. A gentle warming cycle of 52°C for 30 minutes prior to mixing components may be necessary. Crystallized epoxy components do not react as well as liquid components and should be re-dissolved prior to use for best results.
- Take advantage of the 60-minute pot life for complex positioning and alignment of leather or fabric components.
