Fast Cure Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
AA-BOND 2106T is a two parts epoxy recommended for lower temperature where fast curing required.
AA-BOND 2106T is a solvent-free, mixes easily at room temperature, and is suitable for high performance structural bonding applications where the combination of very fast room temperature curing coupled with excellent mechanical and electrical properties is required.
AA-BOND 2106T develops strong bonds to metals, plastics, glass and glass fabrics, hardboards and forestry products, ceramics, masonry materials, and other construction materials.
AA-BOND 2106T develops good properties after one hour of application. However, an extended cure of 4-6 hours at 25°C is required for fully matured bonds.
AA-BOND 2106T develops a high exotherm. Use immediately after mixing. The exothermic reaction begins within 2 minutes after initiating the mixing step, so have everything ready before mixing the epoxy.

HOW TO USE:
1. Carefully clean prepare and dry all surfaces to be bonded.
2. After mixing This epoxy , it develops high exothermic within 2 to3 minutes .
3. Apply AA-BOND 2106T adhesive to the prepared surfaces.
Storage:
AA-BOND 2106T should be stored at RT temperature with ventilated area.
